We are seeking 15 motivated and driven individuals to join our team, with the possibility of securing a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
About the Internship:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work and receive training and mentorship within an exceptionally experienced broking environment and team. You will gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, develop essential skills, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the effective performance of area broking and marketing functions.
- Prepare and deliver real estate solutions to prospective clients as requested.
- Prospect for new leases and sales and seek opportunities to increase existing ones.
- Conduct regular client calls to develop client relationships and follow up on leads.
- Track broking deals through closure and finalize lease and sale agreements.
- Prospecting and lead management.
- Negotiate commercial and residential terms and facilitate the signing of contracts.
- Ensure services are delivered on time.
- Forecast deals on a monthly basis and communicate related information regularly to management.
- Establish and maintain good business relations with clients and external trade contacts.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with company services.
- Obtain client feedback and continually work to improve services.
- Resolve client requests, complaints, and problems.
- Promote goodwill and convey a positive image of the company.
- Keep management informed of area activities, changes in competitive conditions, and significant problems with solutions.
- Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.
- Attend all meetings and training sessions.
Performance Measurements:
- Existing accounts are maintained or expanded, and new ones developed.
- Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Good working relationships exist with clients.
- Management is appropriately informed of significant problems, area activities, and competitive conditions.
- Recommendations for product development, placement, and promotions are made as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Matric Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for real estate is essential
